Poms are priced per pom, not per pair. All prices listed are per pom.

Ordering Online

If you order online, your credit card will not be charged until we review your order. If we have questions we will reach out to you before sending your order to the factory in the event adjustments need to be made.

Ordering by Purchase Order

You may request a quote from your shopping cart online or by calling us at 1-800-600-5076.

Once you obtain your properly signed purchase order and email it to us, it is confirmed to be authorized payment and we will place your order with the factory. We will contact your Purchase Department if we have any questions regarding authorization.

Ordering by Phone

We gladly provide design and ordering consultations and accept orders by phone. Call us at 1-800-600-5076. We will email you a quote with order details for approval prior to charging your credit card.

Ordering by Email

We will gladly try to help you with ordering questions by email if you prefer. Frequently we find a phone conversation to be the more efficient and effective way to get you the support you need. Order quotes can be sent by email for approval, although credit cards and payment information is only accepted by phone or online.

We highly recommend creating a User Account with us! You'll be able to:

Yes, you may order small quantities! There is a Minimum Order Quantity Fee of $10 when ordering fewer than the Minimum.

Minimum Order Quantities Fees are charged for:

• 6 or fewer Poms (Quick Ship, Custom, and Pom Balls). TIP! You do not need to order all the same style of Poms exceed the Minimum.
• 3 or fewer Megaphones
• 3 or fewer Megaphone Bags
• Other products vary.

Ordering samples? When you order minimum quantities we will send you a $10 credit you can apply to your next order over the minimum. So, feel free to order 1 each of multiple designs!

NOTE: Cheerballs have a minimum order of 6 pieces per style/color combination.  Orders under the minimum will no longer be accepted by the factory.

We know you don't like surprise shipping fees at checkout (neither do we!). We use flat rates so you can always determine what your shipping will cost in advance.

Manufacturing Times

• Stock poms available and ready to ship next business day.
• Custom poms are made as they are ordered. Depending on the time of year, manufacturing may take from 1-3 weeks.   While we will do everything we can to meet your "in-hand" date, we cannot promise specific dates.  Always order as early as possible to avoid any issues.

Shipping Times

• U.S. Ground Shipping: We ship by UPS Ground, which delivers to most parts of the U.S. in 2-7 days.
• If you need Express or Rush delivery, please call us at 1-800-600-5076 so we can best meet your needs.
• International Shipping: Varies widely. We will work to find the best price and delivery time to meet your needs.

We gladly accept orders from anywhere in the world! Although we don't offer International Shipping at checkout at this time, we can and do frequently ship internationally.

SWATCHES:  We are happy to send out color swatches to you, just call or email us with the colors you are looking for and we'll get them right out to you.

CUSTOM SAMPLES: You may also purchase custom samples. All orders are subject to service charges, shipping charges and less than minimum requirements. You must order at least 2 pieces per color combination and size on all poms (unless factory has set other requirements) whether poms are samples, for fill-in orders, etc.

PHOTO SAMPLES: We are happy to look through our supply of pomsand send you pictures of styles you may be considering. We have lots of them in stock, so even though we we may not have your exact pom in stock, we can find something close.

MINI MOCK SAMPLES: Mini mock poms are about the size of a shoe pom and we make them right here in the office for you. We can make several variations of any pom assuming we have the material in stock. There is no charge to send out an order or mini mock poms - however, if you get your minis and decide you need to see more, there will be a charge. Please call for more details.

All of our Narrow Streamer Poms ship unfluffed.

Simply grasp a handful of strands and crush lightly and release.  You may also gently rub the strands between your palms but do not over-do this action or your poms will become stringy.  Continue until all strands are fluffed. 

CAUTION:  Streamer poms become naturally fuller with use and will lose their flowing look if overly fluffed. Metallic poms may need to be fluffed somewhat more than plastics.

To maximize the life of your poms and keep them in beautiful performance condition, we recommend always hanging them. We have Pom Carry Straps that work great or you can use skirt hanger with two clips.

We do not recommend using bags to store or transport your poms as the strands will get smushed and wrinkle.
