Payments

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to verify all credit cards before any order is placed. The correct billing address information--where your credit card bill is actually received--must be provided on all credit cards as well as the "ship to" address if it is different.

We also accept money orders, cashier's check, organization checks & paypal (please call or email if you would like to use paypal).

School purchase orders are also accepted.  A copy of the purchase order must be faxed, emailed or mailed to our office before the order is placed. Purchase orders will not be accepted unless signed by all proper authorities, dated and appropriately filled out.

If your order qualifies for a discount of 7% or more, you must pay with check or money order. Credit cards will not be accepted.

Data Protection

All customer information will be treated in terms of the Data Protection Act. All debit/credit card details entered at the time of placing the order by the customers are end-to-end encrypted, and we never store these details in our system, nor do we ask any of our clients to send us these details via email. We will not transfer your information to other companies. We can identify and inform you about other products and services offered by Pom Express that you may be interested in. You should tell us if you do not want us to do so.

Please include your exact billing address and telephone number so we are able to process your order as soon as possible. Your credit card will be authorized and charged at the time your purchase is placed.
