How To: 4 Easy Steps >
1. Choose Your Pom Style
From "Custom Poms" in our main menu, browse our collection of Pom styles by Type and Material. Choose a specific Pom product you would like to customize.
2. Open the Pom Design Tool
Access the Pom Design tool by clicking the blue "Customize" button from any Custom Pom product page.
3. Design Your Poms
Have fun! Select Colors, add Glitter or Flash and select your strand and handle details. To save designs you like, use the Share and Download buttons under the Pom image.
4. Add to Cart
Once you're ready to purchase, select "Add to Cart" and your exact design and details will be added to your cart where you can enter the quantity you want to order.

Design Tool Illustrations
Our tool helps you visualize different color and material combinations. Design tool illustrations use a Full-Size Show pom with 3/4" wide and 5" long strands on baton handles (most common). We are not able to show every width, length, size and handle type.
Screen Variance
All devices display color differently. We've done our best to represent actual material colors. When precision is important, we highly recommend ordering swatches to see the real thing.
About Laser & Iridescent
Laser and Iridescent are transparent and highly reflective. They reflect uniquely and differently with all colors. Our 2-D Illustrations in the Design Tool simply can't do them justice! See Photos of Iridescent & Laser Poms
Non-Returnable
Your Poms will look different in real life! Because Custom Poms are not returnable, we encourage you to call us for guidance before ordering if you have questions.

How can I save my Designs?
There are several ways!
- If you register on our site and set up a User Account, you can save your cart and access previously saved carts when you are logged in.
- You can download images of your designs within the Tool. Simply click on the pink download icon under your Design and select "save image". This downloads a visual image of your design, but not your detailed menu selections.
- Also from the pink icon under your Design you can "copy link" to preserve your complete design with all selections. This allows you to save or share the full design that can be reopened with all customization options intact!
- From the cart, you can screenshot your designs and all of your menu selections. These are excellent references for later when you are ready to come back and place your order.
Can I order Custom Poms without using the Pom Design Tool?
Yes! You may call us at 1-800-600-5076 to place an order over the phone for any product or custom style on our website.
Ordering Online
The following Custom orders are placed online through the Pom Design Tool (all styles):

The following Pom styles use standard product options when ordering online (the Pom Design Tool is not used):

Can I Order Samples in the Pom Design Tool?
Yes! We make it possible to order real life samples, time permitting! The Minimum Order Quantity for any style is 1.
Note: If you order 6 or fewer Poms, a Minimum Order Quantity fee of $10 will be applied to your cart. You may mix and match poms to meet the minimum, you do not need to order all the same poms.
When and why does a Minimum Order Quantity automatically appear in my cart?
If you added 5 or fewer Poms to your cart from the Pom Design Tool, a Minimum Order Quantity fee is applied. Simply update your order quantity to 6 or more and the Fee will be removed.
How do I include my Design specifics on a Purchase Order?
Our Purchase Order app picks up the Product Style and Price, but not all of your detailed selections from the Design Tool. You can copy the details and paste them into the Notes on your Purchase Order. This will help us match up your Purchase Order with your Design. And, before we will confirm the details with you!
Can I see what poms with wider or longer strands look like?
Not via our Pom Design Tool at this time. All of our images have been created with 3/4" wide strands and 5" long strands. The primary purpose of the tool is to help you visualize color.
Alternatively, we have MANY pom styles on-hand in our offices, however, and would be happy to have a face-to-face online meeting with you (such as Teams or FaceTime) to show you the possibilities. Just give us a call for a Free Consultation!
Note! If we develop new sets of images to show wider strands, such as 1.5" or 2", and longer strands, such as 8" and 10", we'll be sure to post updates and let you know!
How do I know the Price of my Poms?
As you are designing, if there are any uncharges you will see them on the menu selections. When you select an option with an upcharge, the Price that shows at the top-left in the Design Tool will adjust accordingly. Any upcharges selected will also be reflected in your cart.
