Shipping Policy
Pom Express offers flat rate standard, economy ground shipping on all orders based on the product type and quantity ordered.

Express shipping may be requested.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
The shipping carrier will deliver your order to the door of the address provided. If the destination address is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the customer may incur additional charges for alternative methods of delivery.

Order Shipment
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us with 5-7 days of placing your order feel free to follow up with us at info@pomexpress.com.
We do not ship outside of the USA and only within the contiguous 48 states + Washington D.C. at this time.
Shipping Outside Continental United States
Shipping rates published on the site are for Continental United States only. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. will result in higher shipping charges.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to Customs charges. The customer is responsible for all Customs charges. If you refuse your order because of Customs charges, we cannot refund your shipping and your order is subject to a 20% restocking charges.
Orders shipped outside the continental US cannot be guaranteed a specific delivery date due to carrier regulations and customs. We will provide you with all tracking numbers so you will be able to monitor your delivery.
Adjusting your Shipping Address
If an order requires an adjustment or alteration to the shipping address, please contact us immediately. The sooner we are able to update the better in order to make the adjustment prior to shipping.

Inspection Upon Delivery
We highly recommend you open your package or packages and ensure everything looks correct right away. If anything looks suspicious or damaged that you get clear documentation via photo and video immediately. If there is clear damage, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
