• Avoid rubbing your Poms against each other as this may cause breakage or loss of strands. Poms are not returnable should this happen.

There is no minimum order quantity for manufacturing custom poms. However, we have a $10 service charge for pom orders with fewer than 6 poms. 

TIP! If you would like to mix and match different colors and styles to avoid the service charge, please give us a call.  You don't need to order all the same poms to exceed the minimum, however our online system doesn't handle this type of order.

We do offer express shipping, but we can't rush production.  Custom pom orders are manufactured in the order received at the factory.  If you need poms urgently, we recommend looking at our Quick Shop pom selection that are pre-manufactured and ready to ship.  

If you would like to get custom orders as quickly as possible, we recommend calling us if you're in a hurry.  We can help you through any questions and decisions you need to  make to facilitate getting your order placed with the manufacturer as quickly as possible.

Minimum Order Service Charge:

Poms have a minimum order of 6 pieces. Orders under the minimum will incur a $10 service charge in the cart.You may mix and match to meet the minimum, you do not need to order all the same poms.
